How to Use the Costco Member Bonus at Roy Foss Thornhill
Register at CostcoAuto.ca, choose an eligible 2026 model at Roy Foss Chevrolet Buick GMC Thornhill, and present your certificate. The bonus is applied when you take delivery.
1. Register with Costco
Choose your model at CostcoAuto.ca and register to receive your certificate with a non-transferable Authorization Number.
2. Choose your 2026 model
Pick an eligible new or demo Tahoe, Suburban, Yukon and Yukon XL from our Thornhill inventory. Text (289) 206-8383 or call (905) 886-2000 to check availability.
3. Present your certificate
Bring a digital or printed copy to Roy Foss Chevrolet Buick GMC Thornhill. The bonus is deducted after taxes, and you keep any GM incentives you qualify for.
Who Qualifies for the Costco Member Bonus?

Who is eligible for the Costco member bonus?
You are eligible if you are a Canadian resident with a valid driver's licence and have been an active Costco member since November 2, 2026. You must register with Costco for a non-transferable Authorization Number and present it at a participating dealer such as Roy Foss Chevrolet Buick GMC Thornhill.
How do I get the Costco member bonus?
Register for the model you want at CostcoAuto.ca to get your certificate, then bring a digital or printed copy to Roy Foss Chevrolet Buick GMC Thornhill at 7200 Yonge Street, Thornhill. We apply the bonus when you take delivery.
When does the Costco Holiday Savings offer end?
The offer ends January 4, 2027. Your vehicle must be delivered between November 3, 2026 and January 4, 2027. Costco notes that registration ends soon, so register early.
What is the difference between the Executive and Non-Executive bonus?
Executive Members get $1,200 and Non-Executive (Gold Star and Business) members get $1,000. If you're not an Executive Member yet, you can upgrade your Costco membership.
Can I combine the Costco bonus with GM incentives?
Yes. The Costco member bonus is in addition to the manufacturer incentives you may qualify for. See current GM Canada offers at Roy Foss Thornhill.
Can I lease or finance and still get the Costco bonus?
Yes. The bonus applies when you purchase, finance or lease an eligible new or demonstrator 2026 model. You can apply for financing online before you visit.
Is the Costco bonus taken off before or after tax?
After tax. Costco's terms say the bonus is deducted after taxes are applied to the vehicle purchase price. The bonus can't be redeemed for cash.
Does buying a car count toward my Costco Executive 2% Reward?
No. The purchase or lease of a vehicle does not count toward the Costco Executive Membership 2% Reward.
What if the model I want isn't in stock?
Roy Foss Chevrolet Buick GMC Thornhill can look for it through a dealer trade or a factory order. These aren't always available and supplies are limited, so check our current inventory or text us first.
